The Bunkhouse and Bed & Breakfast at Whitefalls
The Bunkhouse offers basic, budget accommodation set in a beautiful Highland Glen. Its location is an ideal base for climbing the nearby Corbetts and an alternative route to "Sgurr nan Ceithreamhnan."and "Benula Hills". A walk to the majestic "Falls of Glomach" is a must from here. This is an ideal location for a stopover if you are on the "Cape Wrath Trail"
The Bunkhouse is located in the hamlet of Camusluinie. It has:
- A family bedroom sleeping 3 downstairs
- An attic with open plan dorm sleeping 6
- Small kitchen with a four ring gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, and all utensils.
- Small toilet cubicle and an electric shower cubicle.
- Sitting/ dining area which has a small supply of books and a DVD player (no TV signal)
Heating is by electric panel heaters and/or the wood burning stove in the kitchen.
Prices are Family room £30.00 per night and Dorm/attic bedroom £10 per person per night.
Prices include bed linen (sheets, duvet, blankets and pillows) and also include a self catering breakfast of our delicious fresh farm eggs.
Gas is free but electricity is payable by £1.00 coin meter for hot water/heating and showers.
We can also supply provisions if you are on the "Cape Wrath Trail" - just phone us with your requirements.
There are also bikes available free of charge if you stay two nights or more
Payment is by cash when you arrive.
